Brain Balance works in partnership with parents in a way that no other program can promise, but despite that fact, the program was having trouble breaking through to communicate how they can truly transform families’ lives. So, they came to Axial1 to take advantage of our advanced analytics-driven capabilities to align the optimal message with each target audience, translate those insights into a behavior-changing demand generation campaign and manage their media investment for maximum return.

Using our proprietary messaging optimization analytics, we determined that despite the intuitive appeal of prestigious university studies and other third-party validations of Brain Balance’s approach, the most impactful messaging would come directly from the parents of children whose lives had been transformed. So we created the “Parents Know” campaign, designed to let real Brain Balance parents tell their stories directly to other parents looking to overcome similar social, behavioral and academic barriers.

Through firsthand testimonials; memorable, handwritten doodle-inspired mnemonics visualizing the journey from frustration to focus; and real, day-in-the-life footage of families thriving, we helped Brain Balance share true stories of hope and progress in the most uniquely ownable and impactful way possible. Paired with our analytics-driven media investment allocation optimizations, both nationally and at the local franchisee level, Brain Balance reached more families in need more efficiently and effectively to help transform more families’ lives.
